I have never been into petstock Caboolture without pleasant greetings from ALL staff. They always do their best to help in any way they can. Martin is a great manager and anyone saying they have been lectured or badly spoken to, maybe needs to check their own attitude. Management would not tolerate poor staffing. Petstock have served me for over 15yrs and I can honestly say all staff members are pleasant and well trained in their work. I cannot comprehend any of these posted complaints. Maybe staff are tired of being poorly treated by angry customers. Customer abuse of any staff members is not acceptable or deserved in ANY retail store. They are all doing their job to the best of their ability. They are Not paid to be anyones punching bag so please remember they are humans With Feelings. I firmly believe, if you don't have something nice to say, Don't Say Anything At All!!

After a mistake on pay and pick. The staff was great sorting out the problem and it wasn't their fault or mine (phew) and I'm definitely will be going back for all my animals and the fact I can bring my furbabies with me is a bonus 😁 …
